What is your MOQ?
Apparel starts at 20 pieces per style on market fabric; colours and fully custom styles run 150–200 pieces. Simple white gloves start at 20 pieces, coloured or custom gloves at 150–200 pieces.
Do you offer sampling?
Yes — sampling comes first on every programme. Sample cost and timing depend on the style, and we confirm both before we start.
What are your lead times?
White styles typically ship in 2–3 weeks; coloured and custom programmes take 6–8 weeks. Your exact timeline is confirmed with your quotation.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 60% deposit and 40% balance, agreed per client and confirmed in writing before production.
How do you ship?
DHL, FedEx and UPS couriers, air cargo and sea freight — to Europe, the Americas, Australia, the Middle East and beyond.
